He made additional adjusts to the work and lubricated the mechanism without extra charge. The door operates better and more quietly than I can remember. The torsion spring broke some time during the weekend. Called on Monday morning, & they were out to my house within 2 hours. The service tech was friendly, knowledgeable, & professional. He diagnosed the problem right away. He had the correct part on the service truck & installed the new spring in about 30 minutes. Now that is exceptional service!!! I will recommend The Doors Inc. to anyone that has a garage door problem!
